Zumba™ Based Fitness Programs - Zumba™ is a Latin-based cardio fitness class. The Zumba suite of classes has something for everyone – Zumba for teens and adults, Zumbatomic for 7 – 12 year old children, Zumba Gold for senior citizens or those new to a fitness program, and Zumba Toning to add strength toning to the cardio workout. These classes combines fun, easy to learn dance moves with fitness and strength training to work every part of the body. And the heavy Latin beat of the music makes the time speed by! |

| Wednesday - [9:30 - 10:30am] & [7:45 - 8:45pm] |
| Thursday - [6:30 - 7:30pm] & [8:00 - 9:00pm] |
| Saturday - [9:45 - 10:45am] |
| In addition, we are offering a Strength and Toning class to complement the Zumba instruction. This will be 30 minutes of weights, fitness bands, and toning exercises to shape the body. A minimum of 3 participants will be needed. |
